What counts as a 'credit'?
Credits cover every LLM-powered action: chat replies, meeting summaries, briefings, action-item extraction, and quick actions. Roughly 1 credit ≈ 1k LLM tokens.
What happens when I hit my cap?
By default we pause non-essential AI calls. Billing managers can opt-in to overage per cycle: extra credits and recording hours bill at the per-unit rate shown on the plan card.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep service through the end of the current period. Workspaces can be restored within 30 days of deletion.
